Technical Suppor Technician- Daimiel (Ciudad Real)

Technical Support Department is supporting the factory in processes, facilities and machinery. Together with the factory team, Technical Support is responsible for the delivering of blades according to the production plan while adhering to the priorities: safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Factory Production Basis up-to date.
• Production support in a daily basis (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost)
• Manage Engineering Change Management process.
• Support factory with training activities related to process and tools.
• Ensure factory continuous improvement
• Ensure implementation of tools and equipment.
• Technical support for technology transfer (TT) and new product introduction (NPI) including process changes and PPAP on new materials and components
• Establish factory tact time baseline.
• Knowledge sharing- Benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferably.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a factory engineer, Production Environment or Engineering Department.

Competencies

• English: fluent level to communicate and understand perfectly
• Composites knowledge.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be an asset.
