PLEASE NOTE - During initial 3 months, 3 days/week at minimum during onboarding will be in the office, then we ask for 1 day/week in office but flexible based on need to be on job sites. It is required that the PM can be on job sites when needed. The majority of PPE construction is done in CT. Reimbursement for mileage associated with travel to on-site projects (excluding commuting to the office) will be provided, there is also the option to use company vehicles when traveling to on site projects from office location.

Summary of Responsibilities

As an ambitious Project Manager, your primary duties will involve coordinating, strategizing, and implementing projects of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. Essential Functions

Communicate with clients for onboarding, project scheduling and other related communication.
Workwith PM assistants/solar designer to determine project permitting requirements andworking with towns and city departments to get projects through the permitting process.
Help facilitate the site assessmentfor the structural information needed to send to our 3rd party structural engineering team for approval and/or coordinate with an engineer who can collect the information on site.
Assist and oversee plan sets or submit plans for drafting toour internal and 3rd party team(s).
Complete bill of materials and order project equipment.
Schedule installations with subcontracting teams and manage installation for your projects.
Coordinate and set up inspections when needed for project approval and permission to operate.
Issue subcontractor agreements on a per project basis.
Help with completing final state project paperwork along with making sure all projectsclose out documentation is completed.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts onschedule and budget.
Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful projectelements.

At least 1-yearproject manager experience.
At least 1-year solar panel experience.
Construction experience preferred but not .
NABCEP certification preferred but not .
Read and understand plans.
Full Time Mon-Fri.
Smartsheet experience a plus.
Experience in gantt charts, project timelines, and forecasting revenue based on project schedule and payment milestones is a must.

Compensation

$80k- $100K per year.
