We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: We are growing our Marketing team in Poland and we’re looking for an exceptional B2C Marketing Manager to join Too Good To Go in Warsaw. 

This position requires you to go to the office 3 days per week if you are Warsaw based.

Your Mission

As a B2C Marketing Manager based in Warsaw, you will hold a pivotal position within our international Marketing team. Your mission is to pioneer and execute localised Brand & Consumer Marketing initiatives, playing a key role in establishing and amplifying our brand presence within the unique cultural and market landscape of Poland. Joining our multidisciplinary community, you'll be the driving force behind crafting and implementing strategies tailored to captivate and engage the Polish audience.

Your Role

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing for DACH and Poland, you will:

  • Lead Brand & Marketing storytelling across owned and paid channels.
  • Drive local campaigns and consumer activations, tapping into seasonal moments.
  • Manage briefings for creative production, for our in-house Creative team.
  • Coordinate centrally-led Paid User Acquisition, to deliver growth in your market.
  • Work with Global CRM & Product MKT colleagues to meaningfully engage users.
  • Tailor global campaigns for local implementation.
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing and PR to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage local partnerships where relevant and/or applicable.
  • Identify local trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, with a core focus on consumer marketing and brand building with several years experience 
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Strong digital background, with a proven track record of managing and optimising successful campaigns
  • Experience working within a Marketplace or similar industry is a plus
  • Target-oriented, with a sharp analytical mind for creating focused marketing campaigns with bold, measurable objectives
  • Brilliant communication skills that allow you to storytell and sell to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably
  • A willingness to learn and adapt as we are building a brand category
  • Fluent in the local language and English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail, and proficiency in briefing and reviewing creative content.
