We currently have an opening for anInbound Fulfillment Specialist – Cold Storage where you will be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors.

Initial Schedule: Monday - Thursday, from 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Schedule will transition to Tuesday - Friday, from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspect, audit, scan and stow away with safety, care, and speed.
    • Confirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damage.
    • Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment. Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).
    • Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary.
    • Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)
    • High attention to detail and accuracy required.
    • Must be able to count and compute math.
    • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
    • Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)

JOB INFORMATION

    • Compensation Description - The starting pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential.
    • Rate of pay may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
    • Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, accrued PTO, and more!
