Service PLM & MDM under Vestas Service Industrialization is responsible for handling the complete Lifecycle of the materials/spare parts/ tools and Technical specs used in Wind Turbines scoped and maintained via active service contracts.

Moreover, the department enables geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary, teams to strategically collaborate with partners and customers using trusted, up-to-date product information

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project progress and Coaching and mentoring
• Setting priorities, Communicating goals and targets
• Providing feedback and Leading team meetings
• Leading 1-2-1s and Career development plans (CDPs)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or management with minimum 8 to 10 years of team handling experience
• Ability to handle minimum of 15 resources
• Certifications in leadership, project management would be added advantage

Competencies

• Enhanced communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends for team management
