Are you adept with project management related to internal customers? Do you understand the value of a smooth SAP workflow? Can you help enable your colleagues, One Tool and Vestas Service in the sustainable transition? Then this position as SAP Supervisor. 
 

Service > Global Service Supply Chain > SAP & Process
The One Tool System and Process Support Department consist of system super users who implement optimization projects and perform end-user support to Vestas Tools warehouses globally. We work directly with Vestas One Tool by supporting different functions, such as Project Management with the implementation phase where we provide training and support for end users both locally, regionally, and globally. The team consists of three SAP Supporters who acts as Super Users and 1st point of contact. We are located in our Tools warehouse in Videbæk, which provides us with direct insights and contact to our key stakeholders, the end users. This helps us being prepared and understanding the needs of the daily business.

 

Responsibilities
As an SAP Supervisor, you will as a project lead be responsible for starting, managing and implementing your own optimization projects as well as providing end-user support on existing processes and workflows. Within this, you can expect to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Define, scope, test, and implement optimization projects on a project lead and project member scale within Vestas Tools area and work as a project member in relevant One Tool workstreams
  • Perform end-user support on existing processes and workflows
  • Create process flow charges, SAP instructions, and training material
  • Ensuring you work and act according to Vestas's safety rules & guidelines
  • Perform as Tools business contact person towards Vestas IT Consultants
  • Create and follow up on IT tickets related to incidents and system changes

 

Qualifications
In terms of professional qualifications, you should have extensive knowledge of SAP warehouse management systems at super user level. Additionally, we hope that you can reflect yourself in the following:

  • Knowledge of project management from a project lead and project member perspective
  • Knowledge of how to establish and manage project groups
  • Experience with change management
  • Knowledge of the Lean principles associated with the entry level certification
  • 3 years of working experience within a logistic/warehouse role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems at super user level
