- Test, document, and track concrete hardened and plastic properties, aggregate gradations, and other concrete constituents
- Maintain Quality Control Database
- Job site testing per company QC policies
- Plant testing per company QC policies
- Conduct jobsite visits to inform, train, and promote company products and services as directed within assigned region
- Conduct Job site QA procedure
- Increase sales / profitability by promoting value added sales
- Improve business relationship
- Assist in managing and conducting employee training programs assigned by divisional and technical services managers
- Concrete batch operator training
- Driver training
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. One to two years of related experience and/or a combination of both.
